Location
The holiday village is located next to the beautiful Aheloy village, which is 22 km Northern of Bourgas – the district’s main city – and you can take the distance to the Bourgas International Airport for about 15 minutes by car. The old town of Nessebar and the popular Sunny Beach resort – two of Bulgaria’s most frequented tourist destinations – are very close as well, on 5 minutes drive away. The Complex itself is placed on a small cape, disposing with two-side sea spanning, facing South and West.
Features
The Complex consist of four different zones, each one with its unique charm and architecture, but all combined on a 30 000 sq. m land plot, 10 meter above the sea level. As a first development in the area, the holiday village is designed as an authoritarian settlement, providing everything a future resident may need.
The Seafront Zone
The Seafront Zone of the Complex is its most luxurious part, designed for higher income clients. Situated on the peak of the cape, it offers stunning panoramic sea view. The only 3-bedroom apartments of the entire complex can be found here. Future buyers of property in that zone will enjoy the coolness of the sea on the one side and the calmness of a shady park on the other.
Pool Zone
The Pool Zone consist of apartments of medium size, intended for the middle class holidaymakers. However, all of them provide an excellent view to the small yacht harbor and the bay it’s situated in. In the center of the zone there is a large pool with children’s section, wet bar and a normal one with outdoor tables, overlooking the small harbor and the bay. In the passageways you can find cute small cafes, and at the seafront there is a restaurant that is the first to welcome the visitors. As the area will be rather noisy, the apartments are designed to face the back and only one room faces the pool.
Small Seafront Zone
This part of the complex also faces the sea and provides great views on the yacht harbor and the bay. The building will be right at the sea front, with mainly one-bedroom apartments, but of high quality as well. This is the last housing development of the complex before the commercial Hills area and the large park.
Hill Zone
The commercial developments are housed in the Hill Zone, which is located in the back of the Complex. Two buildings will accommodate all the trade (bank office, pharmacy, shops) and entertainment facilities (gym, small spa center, squash court), and their last two floors will be taken by small apartments and studios, with sparing sea view or no view at all. The price is lowered to 30 000 EUR though. The commercial area is designed to be open to the public, as the car access will be undesired and limited. The Hill Zone includes also a large park, with some bars and cafes around.
Each apartment in the complex come up with central air conditioning, with options for individual control and fully fitted bathrooms. The Complex itself possess with 40 covered garages and 150+ parking lots and wireless Internet in every part of the holiday village.
Construction Schedule
The Seafront Zone – Construction began on 1 Nov 2005 and the first property was bought in Dec 2006
Pool Zone – released in September 2006, sold out 3 months later. Conveyancing is at a final stage.
Small Seafront Zone – Started in October 2006. Completion – by the end of July 2007
Payment Plan
Reservation Fee – 1000 € for 2 weeks.
