The functional and cozy houses in Banya SPA & Wellness Resort are 75 one bedroom, constructed in six three- or four-storey buildings, 12 semi-detached and seven single houses. There are five types apartment form 40 to 100 sq.m each, absolutely finished and furnished upon client’s request.

The whole construction and the final works are done with high-quality natural materials such as granitogress and parquet for the floor. The furniture and the bathroom and kitchen appliances are arranged according to the highest European standards.
The nice bedrooms can have either a king-size or two separate beds. For a restful and home-like atmosphere the apartments are designed with a living-room area and furnished kitchen with dining table. The bathrooms are specious and with a tub. For utmost convenience in each house there is a special storage for the skiing and hiking equipment.
