• BulgarianProperties charge no agency commission for purchasing in this complex.

Reservation of apartments
Any apartment in Boyana Fantasy can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the apartment’s price, paid into the developer’s bank account by bank transfer. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contract with the development company as a proof of the payment.

Payment Plan
- 5% deposit to the bank account of the developer (non-refundable)
- 30% /second installment/ when the construction starts (January 2008)
- 15% /third installment/ is paid when the construction reaches second floor
- 20% /fourth installment/ is paid when the complex reaches shell stage
- 20% /fifth installment/ is paid when the outer plastering of the buildings is being done
- 10% /fifth installment/ is paid on transferred of the ownership to the buyer
