The kitchen and living areas will feature beautiful wooden floors, with corridors and terraces in Mediterranean-style ceramic tiling. All apartments will be fitted with a central air-conditioning system with individual controls. To retain the aesthetics of the exterior, conditioning units will be placed on the roof of the residence, out-of-sight.

Eternity: Additional Costs
Additional costs on top of the purchase price are approximately 3 to 3.5% for State taxes, court registration and notary fees. You will also need to budget for …
- about 150 Euro per year for municipal tax and garbage collection
- about 10 Euro/sq.m for a Maintenance & Service charges annually
- insurance of the furnished apartment (from 200-450 Euros annually)
- small one-off registration fees for registering electricity and water in your name

PAYMENT PLANS
Any apartment can be reserved for a period of 30 days upon transfer of a non-refundable reservation fee of 750 Euros, which sum shall be deducted from the last installment.

A. Special mortgage payment terms with surcharge + 5 % of the total price
- 10% (VAT included) as deposit within 30 days after reservation fee paid. Signing of the purchase contract has to be made at the same time
- 30% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) within a maximum of 15 days from the building license
- 60% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the title deed and handing over the keys of the apartment

B. Standard payment terms
- 10% (VAT included) as deposit within 30 days after reservation fee paid. Signing of the purchase contract has to be made at the same time
- 30% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) within a maximum of 15 days from the building license
- 20% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) 6 months after last payment
- 20% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) 6 months after last payment
- 20% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on the signing of the title deed and handing over the keys of the apartment

C. Payment terms with 5% Discount
- 10% (VAT included) as deposit within 30 days after reservation fee paid. Signing of the purchase contract has to be made at the same time
- 60% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) within a maximum of 15 days from the building license
- 30% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the title deed and handing over the keys of the apartment

D. Investor payment terms with -8 % Discount
- 10% (VAT included) as deposit within 30 days after reservation fee paid. Signing of the purchase contract has to be made at the same time
- 90 % of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract which will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days from the building license
