“Green View” is a new complex of houses situated just outside the village of Rosen, within a distance of 3 km from the sea, 14 km from the second largest seaside town Bourgas and 15 km from the ancient town of Sozopol. The village of Rosen is located in the depths of the Strandja mountain, near the Rosenska river. The combination of mountain and water reservoirs allows practicing of hunting and fishing, while the proximity of the tourist centre Bourgas provides access to a variety of activities and services.

The house settlement “Green View” consists of one and two storey houses with a built-up area of:
104.5m2 – one-storey / veranda with outside barbeque, with a panorama view to the sea and Bourgas, entrance hall, a large living room, two (or three) bedrooms, a kitchenette, bathroom and toilet / and
109 m2 -two- storey: 1-st floor- veranda, entrance hall, living room, kitchenette, toilet;

Each house has its own green yard, whose size varies from 520 sq.m. to 620 sq.m., and a car place.

“Green View” has an amusement area including swimming pool, barbeque, relax zone, children’s swimming pool and playground.

The houses are sold fully finished, with ownership of the land.

There is a possibility of larger size and different number of rooms according to the client’s preferences.

The houses will be built with construction with a reinforced concrete structure and brick walls protected by insulation layers and a mineral plaster and stone.

The houses will be finished as follows:

Target date: 1 year after signing the contract

Flexible payment schemes:
a/ 1st installment - 30% / by the signing of the contract/
b/ 2nd installment - 30% / on the rough building/
c/ 3-rd installment - 30% / after finishing the basic snagging works/
d/4-th installment - 10% / by the time of giving the building fully finished/
