Holiday club Villa Romana is situated in the small resort town of Kavarna at the sea front of Black Sea. It stands 55 km from the international airport Varna. The picturesque town of Balchik is only 6 km away, and the famous resort Albena is at 15 km. Three golf courses are under construction just near by (2-4 km), unique with their landscape in Bulgaria, with magnificent sea view.

The apartments of Holiday Club Villa Romana are situated on a plot of 6 744 sq.m of land and can be used through the whole year. Holiday Club Vila Romana consists of 3 buildings with 52 apartments. All of them have a breathtaking sea view.

In Holiday Club Villa Romana you have at your disposal:

Maintenance service and property management:
Maintenance service:
- all year round security - 24-hour

- once a year cleaning of the whole apartment /upon your wish/
- free use of the parasols and sun beds around the swimming pool

Property management:
- leasing the apartment when you don’t use it
- maximum maintenance of the real estate when you lease it - everyday cleaning
- reaching a return on investment of 4-6 % p.a. for the first couple of years after the opening of the holiday club.
