Payment plans:
PLAN A – Standard:
• 30% when signing the preliminary agreement (up to 21 days after the reservation of the apartment) less the reservation deposit;
• 40% when the first stage (basic construction) is finished (but not later than 30.05.2007);
• 20% when finishing the common areas of the complex (but not later than 31.10.2007);
• 10% when issuing Act 15 of the apartments (31.12.2007).

PLAN B - 5% Discount:
• 50% when concluding the preliminary agreement (up to 21 days after the reservation of the apartment) minus the reservation deposit;
• 30% when the first stage (basic construction) is finished (but not later than 30.05.2007);
• 20% when finishing the common areas of the complex (30.10.2007);
