Marina Black Sea Byala

Situated on the coast of the Black Sea, between the airports of Varna and Burgas and overlooking the Bay of Byala, the park is designed to give all customers a magnificent view on the Bay of Byala from their terraces. The villa’s and apartments are situated directly on the beautiful sandy beaches.

1 Villa Nautica

The most exclusive Villa, only 9 are available. They have only 2 floors, an exclusive yard and 2 bathrooms as standard. Beautiful tiled roofs. Covered terrace. It’s your choice to chose an upstairs bedroom or have a beautiful living room with a marvellous view.

It is a net total area (habitable area inside + terrace + yard) between 155 and 174 m2. Outstanding value for money!

2 Villa Port

This villa is special as it will be unique in the park. Only one floor, which is unique at the Bulgarian Black Sea coast where 4 floors or more are the standard. It has all the features of the exclusive villa nautique. Total habitable area is 110 m2.

3 Villa Marina

Most of these villas are only ground floor with one bedroom and bathroom. They are very exclusive and very rare at a first line location on the black sea. They are 90 to 100 m2 habitable area. 3 Compass villas also have a floor room. These 3 villas have a habitable area of 165 m2 and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They are extremely well built and will last for a very long time. It’s not cheap second home quality! This could become your second first home.

4 Villa Compass

These Villa’s are situated on the first and second floor and all have two terraces on the second floor. Our well-known Architect designed the park in such a way that all villas have a marvellous view over the black sea from the terrace. You may chose to have the bedroom upstairs but we advise you to make it your living room. In combination with the terrace you will enjoy the summer nights that last from March to November at the Mediterranean Bulgarian coast.

5 Apartment Ocean

Each apartment reveals a unique panorama to the black sea. On top of these penthouses you will get a 57 m2 terrace with covered small kitchen and a barbeque place. You will be astonished by the views over the black sea coast. The interior habitable area (netto after deduction of common parts and walls) is between 113 and 140 m2. The terrace comes next to this so the living area is a huge 170 to 197 m2. Most of them are accessible by an elevator.

6 Apartment Ocean Maisonette

These apartments are all ground floor and some also have a second bed- and bathroom at the first floor. The habitable area varies from 97-m2 to121m2. There are also 7 relatively attractively priced apartments available on the first floor. All with a balcony. Habitable area 59 m2. Excellent value for money and good letting potential.

7 Apartments Lighthouse

These apartments have from the second floor an excellent view over the black sea. They are directly situated next to a swimming pool and have excellent letting possibilities. They are also very close to our central reception facilities and are accessible by an elevator. The habitable area varies from 58 to 109 m2.

Through Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) we aim to guarantee not only the safety of your property but also your family and friends.
Additional services are internet access in area next to the reception, childcare, shuttles to the airport, medical health transfers, taxi service, laundrette, grocery deliveries etc. All are available at modest prices.
You can relax at the central pool, do some shopping at our luxurious boutiques or go for a sailing, diving fishing trip on one of our boats. For breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can choose from one of the many restaurants.

The Yacht Club
Marina Black Sea will not only become the hot spot of Bulgaria, but even of the whole Black Sea region. Sailing Races will have their starting points from here. New boats will be introduced. All kinds of festivities and public events will be organized. Our aim is to equal the exclusiveness of f.e. Port Vauban Antibes (France), the Solent (UK), Port Z?lande (Netherlands) and the Royal Yacht Club Nieuwpoort (Belgium). Key priorities for the yacht club staff will be friendliness and hospitality. The restaurant will serve an exclusive menu. Your leisure is our concern!

The Harbour facilities
The unique high quality harbour with wooden docks has sufficient capacity for about 230 yachts, with a maximum berth length of 25 meters. The maximum draught is 3 meters. Several facilities are available, like security, maintenance, electricity, fresh water, TV connection, Wifi Internet, craning in and out, a slip, sailing school and chartering (under investigation), cleaning services, fuel etc.

The harbour is your European turning point if you have managed to sail the Rhein-Main-Donau route and go back through Greece, Italy and France. The Black Sea itself is exceptional for exploration too.
