The “Oasis” complex is located in Ravda, small tourist village, just a few kilometers away from the Historical Center of Nessebar and the Sunny Beach resort. The nearest airport is the Bourgas International Airport, which is 20 km southern from Ravda. The building itself is situated next to the beach, in about 20m from the sea, with no roads in-between.
