Standard for block A & B
25% - at signing the preliminary contract
25% - roofing (June/July 2007)
50% - at completion

Discounted (5% discount) - 70% - upon signing the preliminary contract, 30% - upon completion

The rental guaranteed plan is our new and exclusive offer – a GUARANTEED annual rental income of MINIMUM 4,5% on the purchasing price of the apartment, free of any deductions. This offer is valid for the first 2 years after the completion of the apartment and the minimum rental income adds up to 9%. In addition, the owner receives a percentage (upon agreement) of the rental income, which exceeds the minimum guaranteed one. The company will manage the whole maintenance and lodging process.
