Vacation Club Silver Beach is located in Byala, in the north part of the coast over the Water-slide on area of 3 699 sq.m. The compound comprises two corpuses. Corpus “B” is bounded with Corpus “A” on south, the parking lot on west, and with the path to Water-slide and the see on east and north. Corpus “B” contains ground floor, four over-ground floors, and three basements. The basements include apartments and service rooms on underground level. It has 8 061 sq.m. unfold built-up area and underground levels of 3 318 sq.m. Includes 35 one- room apartments, 66 two- room apartments, 3 three- room apartments and a president apartment.

The project decision for Vacation Club Silver Beach include 8 basic levels - a ground floor with service objects and 4 floors and 3 basements with apartments with sea view. The entrance for the Vacation Club Silver Beach is located to the corner of the park lot, under big peak, along the security service on the ground floor level. From here there is an easy connection with air on all levels. The lobby includes four big lifts, a panoramic elevator and two staircases. Western of the entrance on the ground floor, toward the parking lot are located a Bulgarian National restaurant, 4 shops, a pharmacy, dentist and medical office.

Ground floor of 2 171 sq.m, it includes six one-room apartments and ten two-room apartments with sea view.
First floor of 1987 sq.m, it includes seven one-room apartments and seventeen two-room apartments, all of them have sea view except of eight apartments looking back.
Second floor of 1 902 sq.m, it includes seven one-room apartments and sixteen two-room apartments, all of them have sea view except of eight apartments looking back.
