Sirena Apartments: Standard of Finishing
The complex will have solid, brick-built structure and stone-panelled common parts. Each residential section will be thermo-insulated and the apartments will be finished with tiled and laminated floors and 3-layer glazed windows and doors.

• Only 18 km north from the city of Varna and the airport there
• Declared a protected territory back in 1943, Golden Sands covers a territory of 177,13 hectares

All properties are offered for sale nicely finished. Along with the fully fitted kitchen, the furniture packages for rental apartments will include everything necessary for the apartment to be lived in and rented out to tourists:

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & RENTAL
The investors of Sirena Apartments shall offer Property Management and Rental.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
• It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or sign the preliminary contract.
• No company is needed to own an apartment in Sirena Apartment Complex.

RESERVATION & AGENCY COMMISSION
Any apartment in Sirena Apartment Complex can be reserved by a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the purchasing price, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contact with the development company and to pay the first installment within 28 days after reservation.
BulgarianProperties charge 3% agency commission for Sirena Apartments, payable when the first instalment is due.

PAYMENT PLANS
• 2000 Euros reservation deposit (non-refundable), which sum shall be deducted from the first instalment.
• 70% first instalment within 14 calendar days after reservation on signing the Preliminary contract
• 30% third instalment when the building is completed (Act 15) and after that the apartment ownership is transferred to the buyer

PRICES, SIZES, AVAILABILITY (constantly updated and valid!)
All Sirena Apartments will be completely finished with VAT included in the price. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual real estate tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property.
