• Maintenance and repair of the installation systems in the apartment.

RETURN ON INVESTMENT
The return is 6 percent annually on the price of the apartment. Upon the buyer’s wish there can be signed a Contract of Management, for a period of 2 years, whereby the first-year rent of 6 per cent is paid at the time of purchasing of the apartments.
