Terms of Payment
- 30% of the sales price at signing the preliminary contract for sale

- 10% of the sales price when the apartment is transferred to the owner

Maintenance Charges

The fee amounts to 5 Euros per square meter per yea.
Those having bought apartments pay a one-year fee, which is spent to cover:
