“The Sunrise Club” is one of the biggest holiday clubs at the Bulgarian coast and covers an area of 92 239 sq.m. It is in Ravda village, only 3 km South of Nessebar - an architectural reserve with lots of monuments, Byzantine churches and 18th century architectural sites. “The Sunrise Club” lies only 2 km from the “Sunny Beach” resort. Behind the club there is an ancient Thracian tomb, similar to the one where the famous gold burial mask of the Thracian king Teres was found. The ancient town Pomorie with its mud baths found in the Roman Era, offers health tourism. The mountain Stara Planina is 15 minutes North of the complex and gives good possibilities for ecological tourism.

“The Sunrise Club” is built on a hill, 450 meters from the coastline, in an exclusively quite and calm place. The region is ecologically clean and kept from urbanization. The holiday club has its own micro infrastructure: shopping center, several swimming pools, maintenance of the apartments and the green areas, 24 hours porter and security, also a nursery. All the buildings in the complex are built in the typical Bulgarian Revival style and are with two to four storeys.

The Black Sea coast has a Mediterranean climate, thus the soft climate consisting of four seasons - spring, summer, fall and winter. Springtime temperatures vary between +12oC to +15oC, during the summer from +23oC to +25oC, in the fall they are from +16oC to +18oC and during the winter season from +3oC to + 6oC. The maximum sunny days during the year are between 240 and 260. The warm weather combined with the refreshing breeze is typical for the summer season and the beginning of the fall. The maximum number of the cold days is between 20 and 30. The air draught between the sea and mountain gorge determines a mild, pleasant and unique natural phenomena, which is refreshing and cleaning the air.
