You could reserve an apartment in “The Crown of Briz” Complex immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3%, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.
The apartments come with percentage of the land they are built on. Thus the clients will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land. You will be the owner of the company and, respectively, of the land. Our lawyers will help you set up the company and will do all the necessary procedures to obtain the property on your behalf. Payment plan of The Crown of Briz Varna
• 3% of the price non-refundable deposit upon reserving the apartment
• 27% of the price when signing the preliminary contract (27% + 3% commission for the agency)
• 30% of the price upon completion of the ceiling of the relative apartment
• 30% of the price upon reaching the shell stage and receiving of Assignment 14 (approximately end of May 2008)
• 10% of the price upon full completion and receiving of Notary Assignment 15 (approximately end of November 2008)
