MARINA VILLAGE - HILLSIDE APARTMENTS.
This is a residential area that is a part of Thracian Golf and Spa resort. The Marina is the heart of the resort – the commercial hub. An arrangement of 7 residential blocks with fantastic view of the golf course and the sea, a piazza with fountain, variety of shops and cafes and easy access to the harbor and the beaches.
Its character will be based upon the design of traditional Thracian Villages.

Gary Player, the designer of the golf course, is the most sought after designer of golf courses in the world. He has designed more than 200 golf courses worldwide. 18 hole championship PGA golf course alongside the costal line will be developed.
Location: Situated on a cliff above the sea. 45 minutes from the international Varna airport.
The area is rich and famous for providing additional cultural and sports activities – Visiting the famous Thracian fortress and tombs, horse riding, climbing, mountain biking, fox-hunting or fishing in the nearby mountains – the area provides it all.
Additional notes:
The inspiration for the architecture comes from the local coastal architecture of materials such as the local stone, which is quite light in color, timber as well as rendered walls and mottled ‘old style’ pan-tile roofs should be used. It is intended that the window and door frames as well as the external shuttering will all be from local renewable timber sources.
The buildings will be a mix of 2 and 3 story buildings, which is again, in accordance to the vernacular style. Even though traditional in shape, the spaces are planned to accommodate for modern living with areas which allow for an open indoor/outdoor life style that would be expected at a sea side resort
