The development is located in the village of Bryastovets in Bourgas area. The village is located on the south slope of Stara planina (The Balkan range) about 19 km form the town of Bourgas and about 18 km away from Sunny Beach. There is a new Golf course under construction – about 8km away from the housing estate.
